STEPS TO SEAMLESS PET RELOCATION
Call or email BVC to arrange a free one-on-one consultation with our expert travel consultants. We’ll discuss how and when to relocate your pet safely, addressing any concerns you may have. Afterwards, we’ll provide a customised travel plan and quotation.
Coordinating with the importing country to confirm all current entry requirements, as regulations frequently change.
Preparing and certifying all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
Selecting the appropriate IATA-approved carrier for your pet, with measurement guidance provided if required.
Arranging a full health check-up, vaccinations, any required medication, and supplements before travel.
Assessing your pet’s response to separation and crate conditions, ensuring a calm and comfortable journey.
Managing travel logistics in partnership with agents at the destination, ensuring safe arrival and quarantine arrangements if required.
