Originally from the United States, Jen has been an integral part of the British Veterinary Center for nearly two decades, contributing her expertise across multiple administrative roles. Dedicated to excellence in client services and patient care, she has played a vital role in shaping the clinic’s operations. As Administrative Partner, Jen oversees daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients, pets, and staff. Her commitment to the BVC family is unwavering, making her a key pillar of the organization and an indispensable part of its success.

Hershey Laquian
Hershey joined us in 2014, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Tarlac State University. Having gained experience in HR across various industries, her dedication and expertise have propelled her into being an important part of our management team. Today, she oversees accounts management, and plays a vital role in regulatory compliance, and HR support.
Norman Bognot Laquian
Norman holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pines City Colleges and became a registered nurse in the Philippines after passing the NCLEX in March 2024. Since joining BVC in August 2009, he has played multiple integral roles in pharmacy, administration, IT and occupational nursing. Known for his helpful nature, he assists both colleagues and clients while managing logistics and veterinary systems which help the clinic run smoothly.

Jojo Gattering
Jojo, known as "Joe," has been with the BVC since 2017. He is a highly valued Admin Assistant, responsible for procuring veterinary diet food among other duties. He loves working with animals and is great at handling even the feistiest of toy breeds! A fitness enthusiast, he regularly bikes and plays basketball, having won multiple championships representing BVC.

Aldan Agudo

Aldan Agudo
Aldan, from Antipolo City, Philippines, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He joined the BVC in February 2020 and excels within the purchasing team. In his free time, he enjoys watching anime, playing computer games, and collecting stylish socks. Since working in the veterinary field, he has adopted three cats.

Ronald joined us in 2022 and is responsible for sterilizing medical equipment and consumables. Passionate about wellness, he enjoys cycling and playing basketball for the BVC sponsored team!

Neil Razon, from the Philippines, has been working as a concierge at BVC since 2022. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching basketball.


Lynn Lightbody
Joining the BVC family in 2022, Lynn is responsible for Receivables in the Accounts Department. Originally from Scotland, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places with her family.

Nasreddinne Denni
Originally from Algeria, Nasreddine joined the BVC in 2023 as a veterinary assistant. A devoted veterinarian, pet owner and animal lover, he is passionate about his job and strives to provide the best care for pets and excellent service to clients. In his free time, he enjoys running, reading books, and watching movies.


Dr. Lila May Fernandez
Lila is a trained veterinarian and joined our team in 2021. As Dr. Tamara’s dedicated assistant, she greatly enjoys working with exotic animals which offers a fresh perspective and broadens her approach to veterinary care beyond cats and dogs.


Lloyd Pomicpic
Lloyd, originally from the Philippines, holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine and has over a decade of experience in the field. Since 2010, he has worked in the GCC, specialising in small animal care at various Western-standard veterinary clinics. At the BVC, he assists Dr. Nick in consultations, surgical procedures, and ensuring high-quality veterinary care.

Dr. Nestle Ann Tanogan
A qualified veterinarian from the Philippines with six years of hands-on clinical experience, Nestle is the dedicated assistant of Dr. Nick where she excels at providing quality care to animals. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, either visiting parks or heading to the beach.

Krein Jacob c. Bognot
Krein moved to Abu Dhabi at 19 and began his journey at the BVC, inspired by his father, one of the pioneering veterinary nurses at the clinic. After rejoining BVC in 2022, he took on the role of veterinary assistant to Dr. Tamara who specialises in exotic animal care. Outside of work, he is a proud father of two and enjoys outdoor activities, including fishing with his fellow nurses and friends.

Saron Hayes
Saron is a veterinary professional with 20 years of experience. She has worked as an ER nurse, veterinary nurse, and shelter manager. Now, as head nurse at BVC, she leads her team with expertise while ensuring excellent patient care. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her pets, Bear and Graham.
Uzeyr Kamora

Uzeyr Kamora
Uzi, originally from the UK, holds a degree in Veterinary Nursing and has expanded his expertise in France and the Caribbean. With a passion for animal care, especially marine life and conservation, he enjoys diving, photography, and exploring the natural world. A valued team member for over a decade, Uzi’s dedication to both domestic and aquatic animal welfare makes him an integral part of BVC.
Elpidio Mabbagu
Elpidio Mabbagu
Earning a degree in animal husbandry from the Philippines, Elpi has been with the BVC since 2010 and is easily one of the most essential members of our nursing team. His quiet, calm and professional manner make him a personal favourite of both vets and patients alike. He is also quite passionate about fishing, and he spends his days off enjoying the sport.

Hanifah Nanyonga
Hanifah, originally from Uganda, has been with the BVC since 2021. She enjoys ensuring that patients are happy and comfortable during their stay. Outside of work, she has a passion for sports, including football, basketball, and also enjoys watching horror movies and spending time in nature.



Nalin Mudiyanselage
Nalin joined BVC as a nursing assistant in 2022 and is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient. Originally from Sri Lanka, he finds great fulfilment in his work. Outside the clinic, he pursues his passion for martial arts.

Pujitha, originally from Sri Lanka, joined BVC as a veterinary technician in November 2022. Passionate about animal care, he finds great fulfilment in working with animals daily and has a special interest in exotic species.

Melvin G. Dalusong
Melvin developed a passion for animals when he became a pet owner in high school. He started working in the UAE veterinary field in 2019, where he dedicated himself to providing care and hope for sick animals. In his free time, he enjoys feeding and rescuing street cats, helping them find permanent homes. He joined the BVC in 2023.


Fatima Marie Jajurie
Originally from the Philippines, Fatima joined BVC as a veterinary nurse in 2023. Although trained as a human nurse, she has a deep love for animals and finds working in a veterinary clinic incredibly fulfilling, as it allows her to care for a variety of species.

Jonathan joined the BVC in 2018 after working as a Purchasing Supervisor in Dubai. As a natural animal lover, the transition to the veterinary field was seamless. Originally from Iloilo City, Philippines, he currently resides in Abu Dhabi with his wife, three children, three Chihuahuas, a cat, and several fish. Dedicated to providing excellent animal care and client satisfaction.

RJ Origines, originally from the Philippines, joined the BVC in 2018. As head of the Marina Branch reception team, he plays a key role in greeting clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring a positive first impression. His role requires flexibility and adaptability to new situations, making him an essential member of the team.



Sheryl Castro
Sheryl first joined us in 2014 and has over a decade of experience in the pet care industry. She values her daily interactions with people of diverse nationalities and the opportunity to work with various animal species. Sheryl considers BVC her second family and expresses deep gratitude for being part of the team.

Jeromie, known as Jem, hails from the Philippines, and though new to the veterinary reception team, he quickly developed a passion for the work. He really enjoys all our patients, but especially likes interacting with cats, having adored them since childhood.

Marisol is a trained vet from the Philippines and has been with us since 2015. Passionate about animal care, she especially enjoys looking after orphaned kittens, puppies, and exotic pets. She finds laboratory work fascinating and remains committed to continuous learning in the field.

Nibu joined the British Veterinary Center team in 2008 with a graduate qualification in biotechnology. As the head of our laboratory department, and with years of expertise and dedication, Nibu plays a vital role in ensuring that the laboratory operates with the highest standards.

Zoe Grimes
Zoe Grimes
With roots in the UK, Zoe trained as a Veterinary Nurse before joining the British Veterinary Centre in 1994 when it was still a small clinic. Recognising the need for pet relocation, she founded the Pet Transport service 23 years ago, reuniting pets with their families across the globe.

Safa Sameer
Safa joined the BVC in 2020, specialising in pet relocation services. Understanding that pets are family, she ensures a smooth and stress-free moving process for them. She is especially grateful for the heartfelt messages she receives from clients after reuniting pets with their loved ones.

Antony Raj
Originally from Sri Lanka, Antony Raj enjoys listening to music, dancing, and caring for pets. He values the supportive people and positive environment at BVC.

Rannie Navarro
Rannie joined us in March 2024. Since then, he has gained valuable experience in sterilization (CSSD), which has significantly contributed to his skill set. He enjoys working at BVC, values his colleagues, and takes pride in doing his best every day..

Madusha Dilan
Madusha joined the BVC in 2023, transitioning from housekeeping to the CSSD team, where his attention to detail ensures high standards in instrument sterilization. Before moving to the UAE from Sri Lanka, he worked as a graphic designer and social media marketer, applying his communication skills to support the veterinary team and clients.

Glen Laureto
Glen joined the BVC as a housekeeping staff member in August 2023, bringing his experience of working abroad since 2018. From Bohol, he quickly adapted to the veterinary environment and learned new skills in CSSD. Glen has had a passion for basketball since childhood and continues playing in the UAE as part of his hobby.
