Since joining The British Veterinary Centre in Abu Dhabi in 2017, he has become a key figure, excelling in diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, and surgery. Known for his precision and passion for learning, Dr. Belal ensures every patient receives exceptional care.

He holds a master’s in veterinary science, with a dissertation in veterinary cardiology that earned him the 2013 SPCAV-Vetmedin award. Having worked in high-standard practices across Portugal and internationally, he continuously expands his expertise in internal medicine, with a strong focus on cardiology and diagnostic imaging. At BVC, he pioneered the first interventional cardiology center in the Middle East, offering minimally invasive cardiac surgeries, including mitral valve repair under cardiopulmonary bypass.
